ConceptDrop offers 100% clarity throughout your projects completion, and you are able to communicate with your designer the entire time. Each project is also assigned a project manager, who is also there throughout the process for support.

Revisions
ConceptDrop ensures complete satisfaction on all projects we complete.
Because we know edits might be necessary after receiving the final project, we include 2 hours of free revisions for each project. Revisions must be requested within 5 days of receiving your final project, and a designer will complete them within the following 2 days. You are also able to communicate with the freelancer and give feedback on your project throughout the completion process to minimize revisions as the end.
