What is ConceptDrop?

ConceptDrop is an on-demand graphic design service that matches design projects with professional graphic designers.

What types of graphic design do you offer?

Our network includes experienced designers for almost any type of marketing material – including PowerPoints, Keynotes, infographics, one pagers, flyers, and brochures. For a full list of projects we design, go here.

How does ConceptDrop work?

ConceptDrop offers both a web platform, and a PowerPoint plug-in that is available in the Office 365 Store.

Web Order Instructions

1. Upload your project in five minutes

Choose the type of project you would like and tell us about what you need designed. Our quick creative brief will ask for your content, design preferences, brand guidelines, and deadline.

2. We’ll match you with a designer

ConceptDrop will match your project with a professional, vetted designer who specifically meets your design preferences. You will receive your match via email.

3. Receive your project

That’s it! We will send you your completed project before your deadline. If desired, you can request up to two hours of free revisions.

PowerPoint Plug-in Instructions

1. Submit your PowerPoint in five minutes

First, you will need to install the PowerPoint plug-in from the Office 365 store. Once the plug-in is activated in PowerPoint, you will fill out a short creative brief and let us know your creative preferences and deadline.

2. We’ll match you with a designer

ConceptDrop will match your project with a professional, vetted designer who specifically meets your design preferences. You will receive your match via email.

3. Receive your project

That’s it! We will send you your completed project before your deadline. If desired, you can request up to two hours of free revisions.

How much does it cost?

Prices vary based on the type of project and its scope. For information on specific project pricing, view our pricing page. We are also happy to provide a quote – just get in touch here.

How long does it take? / What’s the turnaround time?

The typical project deadline is 3-5 days, but ConceptDrop offers a rush service that can turn around your project in as little as 24 hours.

What’s included in the cost of a project?

Included in your project’s price is a final deliverable, and 2 hours of revisions.

Who are your designers?

ConceptDrop works with a hand-selected community of top graphic designers. Each designer is professionally vetted by our team. Only the best designers are accepted into our network.

Who will my designer be?

ConceptDrop will match your project with the best fit graphic designer. Each designer who works with ConceptDrop is professionally vetted and hand selected for their graphic design expertise.

Will I be in direct communication with my designer?

Yes! We will send an email introduction and encourage as much communication between client and designer as desired. You can also set up talk times to discuss the project.

If I like the work my designer does, can I request them for another project?

We will try our best to match you up with the same designer – if desired. Sometimes your designer might not have availability or the correct skill set to help on a different project.

Will I get revisions?

Each project includes two hours of revisions on us. 🙂

How do revisions work?

Each project includes up to two hours of free revisions for any changes or edits needed. We make sure to include adequate time for revisions when sending you the drafts of your project. Anything reasonably beyond two hours will need to be billed and treated as a separate project.

Do I get to choose my file format?

We can deliver projects in most formats. Your order form will allow you to select the format for your final deliverable. Choosing multiple formats may have to be treated as a separate project.

Can I see example work you’ve done for other clients?

Yes! For privacy reasons, we keep most of our past work hidden. You may request access to our portfolio, or fill out the form on our website and one of our team members will get in touch with you.

How much do I need to give in the creative brief?

Clients should include a small paragraph explaining the business, project, style preferences, desired look and feel, etc. Keep in mind the more you can explain, the easier it will be for the designer to understand your final vision.

Can ConceptDrop help me with content?

We specialize in graphic design and do not offer content consultation.

What should I do if a designer tries to contact me outside of ConceptDrop?

All designers have legally binding agreements to only work with clients they meet through ConceptDrop on our platform. If they attempt to work outside of their freelancer terms of service, they are violating their terms of use. If a designer tries to get in touch with you about a different project, please contact us at support@conceptdrop.com.

What if I am unsatisfied with my project?

You will have a project manager throughout the design process. Please make sure to discuss your thoughts with them and we will find a solution right for you.

Is my project left editable?

If you need an editable deliverable, please make sure to choose a file format that is editable on your computer. Some file formats require certain software for editing (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

What is the refund policy?

ConceptDrop ensures 100% satisfaction by offering to re-do any project at no additional cost. However, we do not offer refunds once the final deliverable has been sent to you.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not every publicly post your project or contact information. You project’s details will only be shared with your designer. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
