Submitting Your First Project to ConceptDrop
We understand that navigating a new interface can sometimes be tricky. That’s why we’ve compiled a quick 5-step checklist to help you get started with your first project (or maybe second, or third…).
Step 1: Visit Conceptdrop.com
Take a minute to check out the how it works page, different product categories, pricing overview, and examples of past work.
Step 2: Register your free account
If you were referred to ConceptDrop by a friend or colleague, enter their referral code during this step to redeem $50 in credit!
Step 3: Select your project type
Each category is listed when you click on “start a project”. If your project does not fall into one of the categories listed, simply choose “custom order” and our team will reply with a quote.
Step 4: Complete the order form
Please have your content prepared before sending in a project. Our standard delivery option (with no additional cost) is 3-5 days, but we can also complete your project in as little as 48 or 24 hours. Be sure to select the appropriate delivery option so we can meet your deadline!
Step 5: Get matched with your freelancer
Once our technology matches you with the best fit freelancer, they will reach out to you over email and begin working on your project. Easy as that.
Bonus tips:
Check out ConceptDrop Pro – If you can see yourself sending in at least 2 projects a month, a Pro account can save you money.
Rate your freelancers – 4 or 5 star ratings will build in a preference for future work with the same designer or copywriter. And it also gives us an idea on how our freelancers are doing.
Add credit – You can easily add credit to your account to streamline the order process. Keep some extra money on file for any future project.
Send referrals – We offer double-sided rewards for new customers through referrals. You and the person you refer will each earn $50 in credit.
