Formal Fridays: Embracing the Startup Rebellion
No actually, the whole startup vibe is about embracing cohesion and leveraging a positive work environment into productivity. The Formal Friday is simply a fun way to introduce the notion that we are all moving in the same direction—an often transient feeling in the chaos that comes standard with most tech startups.
More than anything, Formal Fridays remind us that there is no manual for success in business. Instead, we can only hope that creating a fun, engaging, and inclusive work environment, will ultimately translate to growth. Or, at the very least, it will give us an excuse to wear that nice new outfit we have been saving.
